DR. FIELAT DOES EXCEPTIONAL DENTAL WORK THIS OFFICE RUNS ON CHILDRENS TIME,ITS GOOD TO KNOW THAT THE DOCTOR TAKES HIS TIME WITH EACH CHILD. THE STAFF ARE VERY GOOD WITH CHILDREN AND THE FRONT DASK STAFF ALWAYS MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME. I'M SO HAPPY THAT MY CHILD HAD AN EXCEPTIONAL GOOD EXPERIANCE WITH DR. FIELAT AND HIS STAFF.

If you had asked us a year and a half ago, when our son had very intensive dental work done there, we would have given a 5 star excellent review. But a year later, when we tried to schedule a follow-up visit, we ran into a brick wall. Every time we call, to make an appointment, we ask if Dentistry 4 Kids accepts Medi-Cal. And they always say yes -- until they find out that it's about our son making a return visit. At once they change their story and tell us they do NOT accept Medi-Cal. When we ask what the problem is, they hang up on us. We've tried making appointments several times but always get the same, frankly bizarre, treatment. We can only assume that they are discriminating against us or avoiding a follow-through visit with our son... but we can not guess or get any clue as to why, however ernestly we ask. Our bill with them was paid immediately and there were no problems with our original visit -- we simply have no idea what they may hold against us. The work they did on our son is forming an abscess now, and some of of the teeth that looked so nice at first may not last -- but we are being forced to go to a different dentist, since we can't get a clear response from Dentistry 4 Kids, who did the original work.

I actually love going to this dentist office. It is great going somewhere when you can see that the people working there really enjoy what they are doing. That shows with the staff at Dentistry 4 Kids.
